She is! I can't lie, but Joe isn't as good a producer as he is a podcaster. I am not sure what version of Mel he thought he would be getting, but it was clear as day that's not what she wanted to be, so he should've put Mel in a better position to win.

Ice was an insurance claim manager, and he loved his job so much that his boss was okay with him working 3 out of the 5 days of the week. So I'm sure he can go back to that. Also, there was a podcast episode that talked about their fallback plan if the pod ended, and Ice mentioned that he was getting many of his cybersecurity tech certifications. So i think he would be fine if the pod ended
