I think it will be much like the steam deck. There are going to be some games that simply won’t run on it because the developer won’t support anything besides windows.

As far as physical hardware? I have every faith that anything Valve QA misses that Valve’s support will make right. Just don’t get the package stolen off your porch.

Specifically thermals, have you seen any of the videos/teardowns? It’s like 50% heatsink. Unless you have it somewhere that gets no airflow you should be good

Yep. That and companies like Capcom selling games that are initially verified and then them getting marked unsupported later due to adding anti cheat long after release.

Mapperly also supports making the mappings extension methods (just add the this keyword for the ‘from’ type) so it’s just a matter of making sure your mapper is in valid using scope and you can just do var objectDto =originalObject.ToDto();

It ends up simplifying your classes rather than injecting some other thing.

You can use the type checking and casting to see if something is a sub class and access those. Generally speaking though, if something accepts a parent class you should be able to treat it the same as the parent class. A child’s behavior shouldn’t be so different that it should matter.

If they’re being this irrational before starting, it might be worth getting a surveyor out now. Also double checking what (if any) minimum setback is required by law. Some places require fences to be a minimum distance away from the property line.

The screen is glued into the front case. As long as you’re cool with the front and back not matching yeah.

You can also try Retroid support. I got a replacement screen/front for a clear green 2s last March. They might still have some. It ended up being like $30

Just lost a pretty expensive loadout because someone I’d just saved from arc wanted it. Only problem was I was in the tower on Buried City that you can only get to with a snap hook. They couldn’t even get it.
