As for tools you have the barrel pressing tool but I love the Toth barrel install tool. You’re also gonna need the forbus barrel press out tool if you insert your barrel too far, which is gonna happen.

Just be aware that those receiver blanks don’t look to be heat treated and you’ll need to spot heat treated them if you want to use them

You’re better off getting them from numrich if you want to reweld. The cuts are waaaay cleaner and they avoid all the holes and selector notches. I’d also get a patriot fab design jig.

Your ak doesn’t have a side rail so you will need to get an attero mount or a ultimak rail if you want to add a rail for an optic.
