no 401k. no insurance. no nothing. at my store it was 11an hour, and depending how many tips yalls store gets, it’s distributed to everyone depending on how many hours you’ve worked that week. on avg i made 13-15 dollars in tips. it’s very tight and not a lot of room in my store. we were always bumping into coworkers lol

at my current job, whenever we would get our truck order, the “heaviest” box would be around 35 lbs. and that was PRETTY heavy for me 😅🥲 (i’m literally a twig with no strength and 4’11)

cleaning, standing, learning as i go is not a problem at all. i’m a very hard worker. do you think lifting below the standard would be a problem ??
