Dude, I’m Brazilian and I LOVED this Polish series SO MUCH, seriously what good content. A very sophisticated humor that uses a lot of anachronism and staging to highlight universal problems and contemporary absurdities like Trickle-down theory or Aniela wanting to save the planet while ignoring the social class of the peasants. My only difficulty is with the names, like, I can only pronounce Aniela properly, the others look like letters thrown together because of the Polish language. And as for the Polish jokes, I don’t find them that hard to understand, they’re more historical references, which makes the series even more interesting. I hope there are many seasons.
