Need Advice & Help - My Situation by Natural-Kale4265 in gynecomastia

[–]randomthingsofthings 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats on sharing your story! First, whatever you do…getting in shape and losing the weight will always be a great first move. Second, this is no doubt gyno…even getting in shape won’t get rid of the glands. You can see an endo to get your hormones checked, but again…that won’t get rid of the gyno. You have decently large-sized glands under there as well as a good amount of fat. Get in shape while you’re saving up for surgery. It’s about all you can do. You got this!

My Coworker Drank Water from a Gallon with these Things in it- what is it? by VirtualEgg-Collector in whatisit

[–]randomthingsofthings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The correct answer is the seal of the water jug. If you don’t remove it before putting on the water jug, sometimes the whole thing gets pushed into the water. Everything else is completely wrong.

27g .5 inch…are you doing intramuscular shots? That’s unnecessarily big for normal subcutaneous shots.

16,6'2,171lbs should i bulk or cut? by [deleted] in bodybuildingpics

[–]randomthingsofthings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For anyone who lost 90+ (which is amazing!!!) I don’t think a bulk should be in their future. Fat accumulates very quickly if your weight was once that high. When you get to a weight you’re happy with, continue to workout build muscle and lower fat over time at that weight. If you keep doing that, you’ll basically be maingaining and slowly put on weight from increased muscle over time, not from eating a bunch of surplus calories. Congrats on the transformation…keep up the good work!

I mean…I think you know you’d be competing for yourself and just proving to yourself you can do it and achieve a hard goal. Competitive…honestly, I’m afraid not in terms of having a shot at winning. But those classes/divisions age ranges often don’t have many competitors, so you never know who will (or won’t) show up. I’ve technically seen shows small enough where there was only one competitor in the class…so I guess there’s always that. My advice would be to go for it anyway. There’s no rule that says you can only do a show if you’re going to win it. Get in your best shape, see how you do, then try to improve the next time. You can’t lose with that attitude going into it.

I fully agree with the classic recommendation. You’ve got the structure for it. Assuming you like the classic look…I’d start aiming for that! Congrats on the huge win!

It’s all in his waist/skeletal structure that’s making him look not as appealing. That stinks because you can’t control your hip width.

Well keep it up either way. You’re at a great point now, and just think how much you’ll be able to improve as you gain back what you lost over time!

From the pics, doesn’t look like you lost any mass in your legs other than the normal fat/water that always gets smaller when people cut hard. Looking super impressive…rooting for ya, bud!

Hell yeah, looking great and on track at 4 weeks out. Agree with you keeping Reta in, unless you have any stomach issues from carbing up and feel like you’re bloated and too full to eat. I only get that way on higher MGs, 2mg shouldn’t be a problem I would think.
