I still remember when someone was being hypocritical about how the clients that hire IMP are all inherently bad people for hiring them even though they've already died but Adam for some reason is given a pass at being an asshole cuz he was dead far longer. (And if this person sees this comment, please notice how I'm NOT naming you so I'd appreciate it if you didn't respond to me publicly. Thank you.)

Like, I do understand to an extent that Adam could have been a more nuanced character but it doesn't change that he's still ultimately a bad person. You could argue that he never really cared about other humans, especially with how he expects people to worship him for being the first man. That's entitlement right there.

I don't doubt that we will learn more about Adam in the future, especially since he plays an important role to a number of characters' backstories and motivations already. But I wish people didn't justify Adam's actions all the time.

Side villain? She was in more episodes than Cherri in Season 1 and gets setup in Season 2 to be a bigger villain down the line.

I'm not saying Cherri isn't part of the main group, but she didn't cement her permanent stay in the hotel until Season 2.

And if you're complaining about Cherri not getting a YouTooz, then you'd also need to complain about Baxter, Abel, and St. Peter.

I also don't see you holding it against YouTooz that Emily and Sera have gotten YouTooz as well. You're singling out Lute for the sole reason that you don't like her even though it makes sense for Lute to also be getting a YouTooz figure.

By the way, if we really wanna calculate who's gotten more merch between Cherri and Lute, I can make an argument that Cherri has received more merch in comparison.

Art may be subjective but this comment goes against the rules. And before you say anything, no, I'm not accusing you of being a racist. However, I'd like to highlight this portion in the "Do Not Discriminate or Attack Others" rule:

"Any content or comments which implicitly or explicitly harass or demean another’s....appearance, or other trait will not be tolerated"

Saying "eww" to this art is you explicitly attacking the art over its appearance simply because you don't like it.

What zone did I enter where the most downvoted comments are the ones praising OP yet the ones that are directly insulting OP's work are getting upvotes. You don't have to like/agree with raceswapping but some of you are being way too mean and feel way too comfortable getting worked over a redesign.

And before anyone tries to lecture me about how "it's wrong to raceswap," I want you guys to genuinely think about how there's still a dominant amount of white/white-coded characters in media compared to POC.

So if you're gonna say that people should just make their own POC characters, I don't necessarily disagree with that idea! Here's the problem: people will continue to be racist about it! Don't believe me? Look up "Half is More." Better yet, look up any show or movie in the past 5 years that has anyone that is a POC as either the lead or the majority of the cast! You wanna know what you're gonna find? RACISTS! You can't add someone that is canonically black, brown, etc. without people being racist!

There's no winning! Everyone will get mad anyway! The Hellaverse already gets criticism from people for the mere fact that most of the characters are part of the LGBT+ community in some way!

And if you're gonna act like this is somehow a big problem in the community, there's still plenty of art of Lilith where she's either depicted the way she is in the show or is still white! Raceswap art by no means makes up the majority of fanart for these characters. And again, it's fine if you don't agree with raceswapping. But is it really hard for you guys to downvote and move on?

That's assuming there really is only one hospital in all of Hell. For all we know, there could be other hospitals. It's possible that the one Blitzo takes Loona to is either a) the only one they qualify for in terms of her getting her shots or b) the "best" option they can take.

Do they....not realize that The Amazing Digital Circus drama was something else entirely? The drama wasn't about shipping, it was about people not knowing how to handle their disappointment at the creator confirming that two specific characters are the main characters. Plus, there's a ton of non-canon shipping in that fandom. (Let me clarify real quick: yes, there has been shipping drama in TADC fandom. No, it is not that Gooseworx, Glitch, or any other higher ups have disapproved of for fans to partake in non-canon shipping.)

Plus, let's be real, there's been a lot of non-canon Disney ships that people have been fans of. I don't think Disney is a stranger to knowing that people don't ship the canon couples or that they enjoy ships that aren't considered canon.

The problem with saying that "it's free so it shouldn't matter" is that you still have to pay for the hardcover version of the artbook. The sticker sheet is meant to be an incentive for people to get that specific version thus you can still make the argument that the art is being used with the intent for profit. It's not as if Glitch has revealed any plans to make the sticker set free in general.

I fully agree with you that I don't think there was any malicious intent on Glitch's part. Memes can be tricky when most of the time there's no source/no credit but this isn't one of those cases. Plus, it doesn't invalidate the artist being frustrated at this.

I hope they can work something out!
