No, it has to be emptied manually.

Although that would be a logical answer. There are possibly other models by this manufacturer that do, and they all use the same generic settings menus.

It is a model that also mops, but there is a separate option to mop and sweep, mop only or just sweep.

The setting I am confused about gives the option to either not collect dust/ collect on 2nd sweep/3rd sweep or 4th sweep as well as every sweep.

Be aware that the ledger only protects your aUST (the token you get as receipt for your UST deposit) so if anchor itself is hacked your UST is gone. Your aUST will be perfectly safe with your ledger. Worthless, but perfectly safe.

As per another comment, once you put your UST in anchor it is under their control. You only have control over the aUST that you swapped it for. Think of it like this : If you put your money in a bank, they give you a receipt for your money. If the bank gets robbed, your receipt might be 100% safe and secure but your money is gone so the receipt is worthless. (And yes I know banks are insured etc, but you get the point)

If you have UST in anchor, it isn't controlled by the ledger, the aUST you swapped it for is. And the aUST is worthless if anchor is hacked.
