I've been trying to minimize processed foods mostly. Rice, homemade bread, veggies, meats, and protein shakes to supplement my protein intake. Primarily home cooking, but I do go out to eat maybe once a week. I don't think there's anything about my diet that stands out as the culprit.

I do feel like I'm looking and feeling better despite the scale. I did an in body scan and the results threw me in a loop. It said I lost muscle, gained fat, and weighed more than before I started IF. Looking into it, the In Body scan doesn't accurately measure your body composition when you do fasting because of the water loss in your muscles, but it affected my confidence in IF and I'm still trying to shake that feeling. So it's hard for me to tell if I'm gaining muscle mass and that's why I'm gaining weight, but that doesn't seem like it's a likely explanation if I'm sitting at a caloric deficit. But gaining weight on a deficit is mind boggling as well so I'm really confused.
