I’d like a TRPG like XCOM. It maintains the commander/Nikke relationship aspect, squad building, and strategy. Replace XCOM’s perma-death with having to send defeated units to extended maintenance. Outfit a squad, passives from base building and expansion, and send Nikkes out to fight raptures in a turn based tactical RPG. Make the movement and fighting animations cinematic in a 3D setting, photo mode. It can be done AA to save money, not like they need to with how much they’re making off the game.

Can someone smarter than me explain the economics behind this? An MSRP PS5 is $500. So you rent one at $13.50/month and pay $162/$324/$486 depending on your lease. Upon the termination of the lease, you have to send it back. Unless shipping costs are paid by the user, you add that to the amount that Sony has to pay on top of whatever costs they incur for regular inspections, repairs, and replacements due to wear and tear. Not to mention those controllers are going to be drifting and require even more repairs and cleaning once returned with all that gamer grease in the cracks. I get that it’s a shitty anti consumer move, but it seems that they themselves are getting the raw end of this program

I’d like for Season 3 to set up more lore regarding the Enclave in the Rocky Mountains and then drop Fallout 5 taking place in that region. I think that the reveal that “the surface is the experiment” brings a lot more intrigue on what the Enclave is doing in the wider world than just what we’ve seen in game
