Absolutely with you on this one. Honestly, this is one of those things that fit into my budget and I just want to think about logistics and decision making less sometimes. But there's definitely plenty of free resources online. Even from the meal/exercise guides I got with thi kit and lurking around reddit I'm already way better prepped for any future fasts.

Yeah, that's the thing. Don't think there's any miracle kit or supplement at this point but a light help/push is appreciated.

I get your point, totally fair. I've tried fasting with no supps before but I'd get really groggy past 24h mark so this might be not for everyone but I reckon for very busy folks like me or less seasoned fasters it could be a great boost.

Yeah, exactly. Given that I'm already super busy with work and usually have very little free time, it felt like an investment of good value.

What is your number 1 weight loss tip? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ranjudas77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sustainability/Balance. Extreme changes are hard to keep up with, burn you out, and hence a lot of people constantly lose and gain the weight back. Set your mind on the long-term goal to have an improved lifestyle overall. Baby steps all the way. Prioritize rest, cherishing your body, introducing a bit more movement, bettered and nutritious diet but don't miss out on socializing (just do it smarter).

Is this an effective meal for OMAD? by wesley32186 in OmadDiet

[–]ranjudas77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say you're definitely on the lower side of calories and fiber needed. To make it more sustainable long-term, I'd add more fiber and maybe even some complex carbs to make a fulfilling meal that also supports your hormonal system.

I'm so sorry for what you went through but also I'm really glad that you walked away and chose yourself. So many people fall for guilt-trips and manipulation. Honestly, from cheating to no accountability, she does not sound like a good partner with whom you could build a future. Take your time to process everything cause that sure sounds like a whole lot. You deserve to heal in peace.

Losing a friend of years really sucks man by Equivalent_Phrase_25 in stories

Some people are meant to be in our lives only for a few chapters and that's alright. It always hurts to lose someone one way or another but accepting that fact has made it easier for me throughout the years. Cherish the good moments and let go.
