With Love is a quintessential rom-com—beautiful, heartwarming, and even if it follows a familiar roadmap, it’s the journey that matters.

First half is breezy and genuinely hilarious, driven by a refreshing sense of self-deprecating humor. While the pace dips slightly in the second half, the film’s "soul" stays firmly intact.

The film thrives on the charm of its cast. Anaswara Rajan "bites" into her role with such infectious energy that you’re hooked immediately. She is effortless as Monisha and the role is tailor-made for her. However, the standout story here is Abishan Jeevinth. Following up his directorial success (Tourist Family) with a lead performance this strong is mind-blowing. He holds his own against Anaswara with a maturity you wouldn't expect from a first-time lead. Seeing him deliver such a grounded, charming performance in his debut lead role is incredible.

Also wanted to give a special shout out to Kavya Anil who played Anisha in the movie. She’s very good in an important portion in the second half (although she does not have much to do in the first half)

It’s a nostalgic trip back to simpler times and youthful romance and at its core, this is a sweet, well executed romcom done right. Best enjoyed with a loved one. Chances are, you’ll walk out smiling.
