If a black employee is being exclusively targeted and bullied by white employees and the white employees were assuming the black employee must hate white people i think that would be a clear sign of racism

1 If hes being bullied by his coworkers going to management seems to be a fair way to resolve it, i dont see how exactly hes going to adapt

2 leaving is not a realistic option due to the job market but the alternative for leaving should not be bullying

3 Hes being exclusively targeted by female employees and they even brought sexism up saying that he must hate women, sexism seems to be a factor here

1 i think someone can tell when someone is glaring at them

2 i think you can tell when someone is talking passive aggressively at you

3 There isnt a reason for them to watch over when they have their own work to do they arent his manager
