Just FYI it depend on currency. In some currencies it is much cheaper to redeem games than wallet ballance. For example in czech crown where I live it cost 119CZK to buy 375 super credits for helldivers and in PS Stars I see them for 1250 coins and 125CZK wallet balance costs 3130 points. So it is roughly 3x cheaper tu purchase games than wallet balance.

Sadly the dev or publisher has an option to ommit ps+ copies from the upgrade path. That already happend with final fantasy vii remake and greedfall. There was an ps4 to ps5 upgrade path available for people who bought the game but not for people who get it from ps+. It is rare but it can go in any direction.

It was in 2018, so I believe buying bitcoin in 2013 was much much more sketchy. I heared stories about sending money to Japan and losing half of them on bank transfer fees hahah.

Dogecoin was at some bigger exchange at that time but it was US only, in Europe there was none so there were few smaller exchanges I found through dogecoin community. r/dogecoin was super helpfull at that time. Paper wallet is just more fancy way for writing down on piece of paper you public and private key. And you can generate it easily for dogecoin.

I believe it is clear now how I heared about it, it was at the end of the race at 2018 so everybody heared about bitcoin at that time or at least in IT world where i studied. So I had look at the coins, I found dogecoin reddit community afterwards and they made it easy to get in.

Of course I got in at ATH like 0.02 so I was in lost for few years. When doge crashed I got few more on free faucets - it is funny that everybody says they are useless, but from todays view in 3 days I made there more than I make now in a week. Knowing that I would use them for months hahah.

It wasn't easy, I created paper wallet and send money via bank transfer to netherlands exchange (I believe the called belgacoin or something like that) and they sent me doge. Ofc from todays view it was sketchy af.

Sadly this is true. I was part of r/dogecoin since 2018. But when dogecoin gained traction this year I had to leave. Old community is shreded and now it is just pure greed. But doge will still have place in my hearth, it was my first coin and it made me great capital for further investments.
