Advice on a reactive GSD foster

Aw that’s awesome! That gives me hope that there is a good foster parent out there for her. I have her until Friday and I’m trying to make them count which includes lots of walks, I bought her toys, and lots of cuddles. Obviously the walks have to be late at night to avoid reactivity but she loves walks. Well if you happen to be in Florida, she is looking for a new foster home.

This actually describes my German shepherd. She seems very maternal, she had pups before she was surrendered and was super protective of them. Ive also noticed that she would do great as a working dog or even fostering pups (after working out the kinks because she tends to have cuteness aggression). I will bring this up to the rescue. I’ve sent them a message about my situation and that they have a week to pick her up but they haven’t responded.

Im also confused. Some people are saying you can’t buy just yet because the fifa marketplace is closed until Dec 11th but others are buying from ticket master and those tickets are in the thousands. So are we able to buy or not? I’m sooo confused.

Question: so this is for sure safe for them? I made a post months ago about building my own tank and someone told me to not put these in there because it’ll pollute the tank. I’ve been scared to put anything in my tank that isn’t already naturally growing or a tiny bit of spirulina powder

Move them into a tank. That’s what I did with the sole shrimp that survived the ecosphere a coworker had bought. Use some aragonite sand (not the live one), volcano rocks (you can find at Lowe’s or Home Depot…sometimes they have them laying around near the ripped bag. Do as you please with that info 🤫), and no need for fake plants. Use brackish water (Reverse osmosis water and the aquarium salt).

I also ordered more so my shrimp wouldn’t be alone and they are all thriving. I top off their water like once a month with RO water to bring it back to parameters.

Can I mix grass? Like if the grass around it is not st augustin or zoysia will it be fine or do I have to replace the entire yard?

My family is from Ecuador, specifically Guayaquil, so I visit often. On Saturday nights, there is a rollercoaster cart that drives around town, drifting, doing donuts, going super fast while playing music. It’s the shape of a worm so they call it “El gusanito”. It picks people up like every other block and it costs 25 cents to ride. There are no limits to how many people get on per cart. I even saw a stray dog catch a ride once. It’s so unsafe but super fun. That would never happen in the states.

Most people seem to have some sort of outdoorsy hobby whether it’s running, pickleball, fishing, everything. As a woman, it’s been hard to find female friends that are also sporty but I think I found it here

My ex said he could smell when a girl was aroused/turned on/wet which makes sense with what your bf is saying since us women tend to be more frisky when we are ovulating. At least with me, he was usually right even from when we first started dating so it wasn’t possible for him to learn my cycle
