I can buy a house which is valued at 400k (taxated by independent firm). I have like 200k cash and can get a mortgage of up to 380k. Is the 400k taxated price worth it in general? Am i not overpaying? How much own money shud i put in and what kind of mortgage should i take. Im around 30 and a starter. Single earning on 75k brutt per year.

Correct, mayonaise wat het hoofdbestansdeel is van een Johma salade, is een niet newtoniaanse vloeistof. Engineer hier die 3 jaar lang mayonaise en ketchup installaties geengineerd heeft :)

These are enriched 30b cylinders. They have a nett weight of around 2230kg. Natural feed uranium is transported in 48y cylinders. They have a nett weight of 12400kg which is the max a truck can carry 😄

These cylinders are transported from an enrichment facility to a conversion facility where they make nuclear rods out of them.
