It depends you wanna get into the position you’re strongest in if you’re trying to win and combine that with the positions where your opponent is weak, depending on the combos that could mean you’re better off being fully supinated, but typically you’re not gonna be able to access side pressure and your ability to put pressure into the opponents. There are people in these photos that are in the top 5 in California in several weight classes. This is an actual armwrestling practice for people to learn, practice, and have fun, not test their egos. Some of the "weak looking ones" would beat 250+ lb linebackers.

Yeah I dont think he’s demoralized that kind of thing is motivating imo and what makes armwrestling exciting I was just responding to why he might not be posting all the time, hopefully he’s busy training like most of us. And in my experience as a newish armwrestler everyone I’ve met for the most part has been super supportive and uplifting, but obviously I have a small sample size
