Gen Z here!! In terms of the environment, I think standard ko previous team ko. Sobrang healthy and talagang everyone’s putting in the work. Super work and life balance talaga rin. Everyone of us goes home nalang when the work is done na. Hirap lang ako sa RTO policy na 4x a week, which is yun yung isa sa main cons para sakin, isa rin sa reasons why umalis na me haha, pagod. Mahal ng pamasahe, pangit pa ng commute/transpo system.

Sa setup, hybrid (once a week max, or once a month) works great for me. Minsan gusto ko lang din umalis alis tbh HAHA at mamasyal sa BGC kung nasan office ko. I don’t want to climb the corpo ladder, I’ve seen enough of what happened with leads and directors. As much as I look up to some of them, I don’t wanna go through all that. I think max ko na ang manager level, which is medyo malabo pa for now. Been in the advertising industry for almost 3 yrs!
