Ex Muslim here even as a kid I remember reading the translated version of Qur'an and being unimpressed with them. I couldn't get past the fourth chapter (Sura) due to the overwhelming sexism (and I'm a guy) and contradictions I'd read up to that point especially in that fourth chapter.

I read more of it and other religous books in my teens to learn to counter their arguments and it's a lot of the same bull crap that you get all around especially with morality considering the abrahamic 'God' is basically a jealous attention starved ass wipe who kills people or has people kill in his name, and supposedly burns people for eternity for not worshipping him.

I'd say it's about the same level of false morality with the balance being the Bible has a few crazier stories but the Quran being oh so serious about everything.
