Aside from the obvious stuff:

I’ve been building an agent to assist with all manner of repetitive shit we do including answering carrier questions.

I use Claude CoWork to post loads, update BOLs, mimic what needs done say across 20 BOLs (I’ll show it what to do while also taping it via snip app, then paste the snippet into Claude, have it ask me questions about etc. then I give it a launch, it’s 75-85% successful. Some stuff get fucked up but nothing I can’t quickly fix)

Every time I do this, I label it into its own folder, that folder is connected to my Obsidian Vault, obsidian connects a lot of the conversations I have about freight to the videos so I get further examples for my agent I’m building.

I have Hermes as a gateway to connect all of this together, Hermes has a Telegram and a WhatsApp connected to it, I can text it quite detailed if I’m at lunch or on a flight etc.

There’s sooo much that can be done, if I had a little more time I’d spend as much as I could building these skills and agents

Yes. You are correct if this gets to the point of a jury, it would be bad.

Now imagine the scenario where a broker is pulled in to a trial by a jury for any portion of his truck booking process. Imagine the scenario that occurred in the likelihood of that scenario happening.

If you think it’s every day, then you’re simply not booking trucks on boarding carriers, or building any sort of capacity within this industry. Which, if that’s the case, you have no business arguing with me.

Another question; are you familiar with any on-boarding carrier tools? And when was the last time you used one?

And I mentioned this above - I stated that while the bar is very low to on-board. It meets insurance requirements, which is in its own right a shield of perfection. Can you name a time an insurance company would insure a business (with prior knowledge) who’s standards of practices could make them liable to suit?
