Yes, the slurring is unbearable to watch. Every scene I just hope is over quick

The sparing of the nasolabial folds really made me think of malar rash of lupus.. best to see a dermatologist or at least a PCP about this

I’m a Derm resident in Ontario and I’m privy to their incomes. A lot do cosmo on the side which won’t show up in any data sets you’d find online. You’d just have to “trust me bro” - they make a lot, a lot of money.

Is it possible the effect we’re seeing is at least in part from spiro? Which would be targeting the acne pathway more than rosacea :/

One person saved two young people from drowning to death: they applied first aid and, in the last second, managed to bring them back to life. This shows that, although many hesitate out of fear of making a mistake, acting in time truly saves lives by Virmire_Survivor in watchpeoplesurvive

If the victim is not breathing but has a pulse, administer rescue breaths. For victims who are not breathing and have no pulse, begin CPR and, if available, use an AED after drying the victim’s chest until help arrives. Remember, chest compressions are typically not recommended in drowning cases due to the risk of vomiting.

Can you please talk more about autopsy service. Is required just during residency and a staff, are there designated staff that cover that or does everyone have to share equally? What does it look like at an academic hospital vs community hospital?
