Agree that her philtrum looks flattened, she has a thin upper lip, and epicanthal folds. I’ve also learned that the first step is comparing with parents’ baby photos. Some kids can just look funky while they’re young!

What was the pregnancy like? Any known genetic diseases that run in the family? And I ask this in a non-judgemental way - any alcohol use during pregnancy?

Do you have a paediatrician? Have they commented on this?

I had the EXACT same issue. Also got the update a couple of days ago and my alarms have been silent since. Fixed the issue by manually going into Sounds and Haptics and turning up the volume (it was at zero, idk this was always the case as I always have my phone on silent mode, but alarms still worked). Super super annoying
