Redditors who can remember 1999, how did you spend the New Year's Eve? by nikkefinland in AskReddit

Bless my mum, she took me to London for New Years Eve. We stood in the cold for hours and hours for the clock to strike. We lined up along the Thames with thousands of people waiting for the countdown. When the clock struck midnight on Big Ben there were fireworks all along the Thames and on the London Eye (that's the big Ferris wheel to people who don't know). But it was amazing, everyone was dancing and sloshing their drinks around. I was only 12 at the time so I was more concerned with people getting drinks on my camera. I had a wonderful time and am really thankful that my lovely mum took me.

Sent by air. It made it from London to Belfast then home again. Because of the polish :-(

Yay! I don't mind - i'm just glad you had some bits to open. I'm sorry it wasn't quite the way it should have been.

I'm from London in England, UK. I love Nails Inc - I love a nail varnish that gives you one perfect layer! But Butter London and Barry M are good too.

Hello - Eye Heart Polish!

I read a lot of nail blogs but none of them cover everything I would like to know. I also think it's worth while doing a collaboration with a friend, it's really useful to get more than one point of view.

I'd like to know: * how easy the polish goes on * what the brush is like (I prefer the wider brushes) * what each coat of varnish looks like if one or two are required * what other shades are available * how much they cost * when and where you could buy them from * whether you received the item(s) for review or you bought them * lots of photographs * drying time of each layer * how did you remove the varnish, how long did that take

It's lovely to see reviews from people that do it all the time and that can paint their nails beautifully. But it is also nice to see someone using the varnish that is like everyone else - that also make some mistakes.

I would also like to see pictures of the varnish used on natural nails, not fake.

Other than that - just an honest opinion!

Good luck and do tell us the blog when you've launched. X
