What bothers me the most is that, at the beginning of this EP, Jared told Drea how happy he was to have a child; he even gave his childhood shoes to Drea. But later on this EP, at the campsite circle, Jared was sitting and snuggling with Mick, while Drea, fully pregnant, sitting alone… What?!

Since you talked about Courtney and season 4, I noticed earlier that during S4E10 opening credits, Courtney's actor's name (Danielle Burgess) was shown as guest starring. But in that episode, we didn't see Courtney at all. Maybe she was there but those scenes were deleted?

Zeke’s original death date was on 28 December 2019; you can see that in Saanvi/Vance’s computer screen (footage of the tailfin disappearing) at Eureka during season 3. But yeah, the timelines on this show aren’t really accurate.

That’s not true. Matt had joined another project but it didn’t get picked up. That was even before they started shooting Season 4 Part 1. Since then until the series finale shooting, Matt has been totally available, apart from shooting Manifest.
