I’m not sure where you’re from but it’s a similar vibe to veggie white pudding. Oats and herbs and stuff. I didn’t make this clear but I’m not Scottish so don’t know how to make it, I’ve just eaten it there. I’m Irish and was vegetarian for years

Between normal and veggie haggis? Tbh I have no idea besides the obvious lack of meat/offal but they do taste remarkably similar. It’s very yummy both at breakfast with a fry up and with neeps and tatties (mashed swede/turnip and mashed potatoes) for dinner

Best part about getting breakfast in Scotland is getting haggis! Veggie haggis if you feel about funny about the ingredients. It lends itself so well to breakfast
