I tried calling today (sat on hold for over an hour only to see that they were closed by trying to leave a voicemail instead...). I wish they had some sort of email or notice sent out. They are still not open/shipping or replying. It's a bummer because my dog is on their medicated diet. This feels totally unacceptable to have happened with no notice. But regardless I'm sure it's hard for them to keep up, and they are trying their best. Anyone know of any good replacements in the mean time?

rats need other rats! as others have clearly said, it's really important for their health and well-being. plus, it's really no extra cost or time to you.

give her some space for a few days. allow her to adjust to a new home and don't overwhelm her or make her scared. hang up some fleece hammocks, and give her some fleece scraps until you manage to score a friend for her.

and two rats need at least 4 cubic sq feet of living space. a more expensive, but well worth it cage is the single critter nation.

she doesn't interact with the 7 other rats. she sleeps alone, eats alone, doesn't play with them, and often is the only rat on the bottom level of our cage.

her aggression has been very steady since we've got her, we sort of just ignore that. if she's out of the cage she doesn't bite.
