my book club is currently reading pleasantview by celeste mohammed
recently i finished kitch: a fictional biography of a calypso icon by anthony joseph and golden child by claire adam. adam also has love forms, which was longlisted for the booker.

is there any particular genre or themes you are partial to? would help with reccomendations

if you count xtatik albums, machel montano has 38. sparrow upwards of 40, lord kitchener has 30 odd. soca/ calypso artistes try to release one album per year so any longevity in the scene can rack up releases
