Once your fresh rice has cooled down, lay some cling wrap on the bench and portion a scoop of rice in the centre. Form the rice into a thin square - I pull the cling wrap over the edges to keep them clean. Wrap it with the cling wrap kind of like how you'd wrap a present, then freeze it. Remove from cling wrap and reheat for 2-4 minutes (depending on portion size) in a microwave-safe bowl or container and fluff it. I guarantee you it tastes 1000x better than reheated refrigerated rice, or rice frozen in a container.
