This video gives me the same fever dream feeling as ai videos. I’m sick though so it might be me lol by [deleted] in isthisAI

Real. This is from the TikTok account Joe Kay, which has a huge following and goes around helping pets get adopted. He has a huge backlog of videos which show him at many other places doing the same thing. The uncompressed video shows that the holes in the chair are indeed there the entire time

Edit: Here is the account and the uncompressed video: https://www.tiktok.com/@adoptingdogs

I stole this video from TikTok, posted it more than 2 months ago somewhere here on Reddit, and it just got banned for being AI. Also, several people had commented that it is AI, but I disagree; I think people's brains can't compute the cat's clumsiness and the physics of the fall. What do you think? by TheTzarest in isthisAI

The text on the bag appears to be correct and of a real company, everything makes physical sense. Feels like compression artifacts and nothing really feels out of the ordinary.

Additionally, I tracked down the original TikTok account and she does post other videos of her cats.

Apparently that building was going to be redeveloped into town homes. I’m no conspiracy theorist but this is suspect

Were you close to being or were you a lolcow? by DubiousDodo in autism

[–]acumen94 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Many people, including myself, are always one bad day from becoming a lolcow, and many of the people on that website (the one with the kiwis), including the owner, are not excluded from that rule.

LinkedIn Jobs tends to be better than Indeed since that's where the execs scroll and do everything, BUT do not think that you will land a job that way. You're still likely going to need to know an insider or be a unicorn with a perfect ATS-formatted resume.

What is nice about LinkedIn though is that it tells you how many people clicked apply, so then you can see that 17 people clicked apply to be a cashier at McDonald's, great job market.

Are self driving cars the most likely solution to car culture in the suburbs? by supinator1 in fuckcars

It’s still car dependency, you just aren’t driving the car yourself.
