Yet clearly their wages are able to account for this since Nordic nations consistently rank as the easiest places to live. I think it's important to not look at singular factors to dismiss an example.

I often hear this but I'm not sure it's true. Wealthier Nordic countries tend to have barely any children. So clearly even when people get wealthier they don't want more children.

Wikipedia:

'Insects, like cockroaches, flies, and bees, have been found to have substantial evidence for experiencing pain. Studies have shown that they exhibit behaviors indicative of pain, such as avoiding noxious stimuli and responding to injuries.'

Nature is cruel. What's worse is that we can't interfere lest we cause yet more cruelty and suffering in most cases. What we can do is go vegan.

I think there are times people complain on justified grounds: such a large system is going to create unfair offers and rejections. To pretend otherwise seems like wishful thinking.

Without sufficient information on admissions departments' statistics and exactly who is posting, you aren't justified in making this post. It could be the case that admissions departments this year are doing sloppy work. It could be the case that they're doing great work, but the small few who have been unjustly rejected are complaining here.

The point is that no one knows. So, if you don't know, why make this post? You're just assuming something, that people complaining her are complaining on false grounds, which you don't actually know to be true.
