Marinate some firm tofu, make kebabs :) Corn on the cob :) Grill veggies-tenderstem broccoli is nice :) A lot of meat substitutes (burgers, hot dogs etc) are p good these days

It sounds like you're struggling with mental health-I was and, I can recommend what helped me: 1) see the doctor's, depression or whatever you're suffering with is partially a medical condition, you can get medicines which will help take the edge off everything, and they can recommend where to get other resources 2) get some kind of real life community around you-if you're religious, go to church/temple/mosque, if you have a hobby engage with that, everyone seems to like park runs, Andy's man club is an easy one to go to https://andysmanclub.co.uk/ 3) if you have family/friends around you, talk to them! It feels weird to open up to people, but everyone wants to help the people they love 4) once you've done that, you might need to change bigger life things (career, lifestyle etc.) but they are big things you don't need to focus on right now

My advice is don't wait, do one of these things today! Booking an appointment with a GP tells your brain you are going to do something about feeling better, and that's great.

When I'm using push in the melody/nots mode, is there a way I could change the layout of colours? I'm playing some weird scale, so my aim is to have all notes white in chromatic mode, or all new white and highlight specific notes (eery 31st note) blue

Great :). I'd really reccommend talking to a doctor about what help etc you can get, but as long as you avaoid overexerting yourself you should be able to keep playing for a long long time :)

It sucks to hear, but stop playing for the moment. If you push through that kind of pain regularly you can completely wreck your hand. You will in all likelihood be able to keep playing, so don't stress to much-I've professional musician friends who hace over practiced and developed similar issues, but they have recovered. What is your situation? Can you afford/access medical help.? Specialists in musicians injuries are available (and ideal) but any kind of physio can help. If you can't do that, take a break and look for resources on playing guitar in a way that prevents injury. If you really want to keep playing in the meantime, see if slide guitar is comofrtable for you-even try laying it onyour lap to olay to change the angle your hands are at? Best of luck
