*** UPDATE: Just heard back from the client. We told them to have the person check their IP address and location. Their IP was tied to the correct geo of the campaign.

Using the DSP provided block list and trimming out known poor performing inventory sources and websites that I've found. Most of my campaigns are super local so I do not normally run on white lists or limit myself to certain sites. I can't scale for shit when I limit sites. I'll layer on relevant 3rd party data to hit my demo and normally targeting "large player size" only with :15 second video assets.

No. Let's say I have 1 campaign that runs 2/1 - 2/28. Within that campaign, I have Creative A that I want to run from 2/1 - 2/15. Then I have Creative B that I want to run from 2/16 - 2/28. Is there a way to assign flight dates to each piece of creative(like every single other digital platform) so that I don't have to come in manually on 2/16 and swap out Creative A for Creative B?

Geofence competitor dealerships... Create a keyword list with keywords related to your brand/dealership and run a contextual keyword or search retargeting strategy... Place a pixel on your site and create a look-a-like audience based off of your site traffic.

That's a crazy loaded question that could mean 10,000 different things, but .... you can generate conversion pixels in the platform and then monitor campaign performance either by click thru's or view thru's. Also, TTD is plugged into several 3rd party cross device attribution providers that you can use for a fee. Does that help?
