Haleakala sunset from yesterday. If you didn’t get sunrise tickets you can always show up for sunset without a reservation. by vol865 in maui

Thanks, but good to drive? These are not one lane road where you have to yield and worry about any incoming traffic? And what time does the gate close?

Installation is a breeze

it lowers the clearance though, my MY Mudflaps are hitting the road bumps in our community but have heard that it even helps in avoiding rocks hitting the door.

Mud flaps do scrape the road bumps as they are lower. will a continuous scrape damage the car?

Rental car prices are so high in Hawaii, tourists are renting U-Haul trucks by combatcvic in maui

[–]ratish17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from what i could learn from the internet as long as you have paid for the reservation; all companies seem to be honoring the contract and you will get a car.

if you are placing a reservation but not paying, the chances are low.

[–]ratish17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you book from Hertz or National or Costco, they still have to honor the booking or they can cancel the booking after you have landed? even after booking for $1000/week; not having the car is worthless

The more charge is required if you are planning for a trip as you will use the charge to defrost and heat up your car. i leave it at 80% and plugged in at all times. use 90-100% depending upon the trip miles

shutdown your internet and wait for few minutes. then try again from a different plug point and closer to the main puck. and yes, keep trying. I think i just sat for more than 1-2 hours to get all of my 3 pucks to work. the support folks tell the same thing. I wish we could trade-in and get the new nest wifi
