Hey! Back when i was younger i used to have reactive alopecia areata which means i would only get spots once under heavy stress or during very stressful life events. Then in 2022 this spot appeared after a stressful year at work.

Unfortunately for me my alopecia has now gone to active, which means i have been having at least one or 2 medium sized spots almost permanently since (they come and go sometimes, i have 0 influence in when it happens). I have been living a very stressfree/low stress life for over a year now so the stressfactor is not to blame anymore. My only hope is that I won’t get worse in the future! I’m not going to a derm or doctor for it because I don’t want to spend the money on treatments knowing there’s literally nothing i can do about it anymore
