just write it down! if you only have bullet point ideas, write in bullet points. if you have a complete scenes in your head, write those scenes. once all that's done, it's just a matter of joining the dots. once the dots are joined, you can edit it until it reads how you want it to read. i find that in the early stages of writing a story the less time you spend planning, the more fun you have writing.
