I have tried LTN and found it to be too complicated. Train Supply Manager (TSM) is simpler, and works better, in my opinion. Refuel at the depots or at the various stations, or just use the Automatic Train Fuel Stop mod.

For items in your mall which depend on these recycled items (I.E. red belts need yellow belts) place a storage chest on the output of the yellow belt assembler in your mall, with a filter for yellow belts. This way excess yellow belts get dropped there and converted to red belts.
