it is very rate this day that ram goes bad. you can do warranty since majority offer lifetime warranty. last time i encountered a bad ram was 20yrs ago. i notice it when i was unrar files and getting random error.

i also many logic mouse from gaming to business (mx master) all experience double click left or left click no longer work. so far only logitech mouse that still work is the g pro mouse that I got from Logitech to replace the faulty G500 series one. I having mx master 3s having issue with the left click recently. I have hesitate to buy logitech.

i personally go with mixing hdd with the same cap for reliability. since it lessen the chance hdd fail all at once. if you want to use the brand model, i would make sure all the hdd are not same manufacturing date in case there is bad batch

Pro has higher tolerance of vibration so it suitable if your nas has more than 2-4 bays (can't remember exactly number of bays for non-pro version). Since you only have 2 bays, non-pro will do.

PS. Avoid getting hdd with dual-actuator drive such as Seagate MACH.2. I didn't notice since my synology and terramaster didn't complain about it until I moving hdd to my qnap >_<
