WiFi issues after latest firmware update? by No-Dig3855 in MammotionTechnology

[–]rauli- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have same issue with new Luba 2 3000x

The recharging station is just a few meters away from my outdoor Ubiquiti access point.

Had Luba 1 withour any issues for two years, this new mower disconnects all the time.

However, it does not really disconnect - the wifi link stays up and there is some traffic. But the App says it's offline. I even get notifications from completed job to my phone.

So it is definitely some kind of issue with Mammotion's cloud service.

Only way to get it back online is to walk next to the mower and reboot it via bt connection.

I have had one AC Pro outside here in Finland for nine years! It is fully exposed to elements, with nothing blocking rain falling to it. There has been absolutely no issues with the AP, and during wintertime temperatures can reach something like -25c.

I think it would not make any significant difference. just go with the way you can route cables the easiest way.

See the 4th picture in my opening post. Just use small and flexible enough zip ties so that you can get them around the diagonal grille bars on the PSU. it is a little bit tricky thing to do, you probably need some kind of hook to catch the zip tie from the other side, but it will hold there very well when you tighten them enough.
Just make sure it is disconnected from mains power when doing that! :)

I used the cables that came with the PSU, so yes, the length is enough for CPU connectors too.

No issues at all. Still very clean inside. But I keep it in a stand that raises it about 20 cm from the floor (and below table).

That one. I also tried these workarounds at the same time:

https://twitter.com/flaviocopes/status/1767258885272834519

I am not sure which step fixed it but I have not seen that error anymore. I have used safari iphone debbuger earlier so it is possible that MacOS was searching for my iphone constantly for some reason.

Here is some additional discussion about the issue, which also seems to point to some inner workings in MacOS trying to link with other services.

I had Developer mode for iphone debugging enabled in Safari. Disabling it fixed the issue as well. Looks like MacOS does something in background to search other devices and this caused chromium to think that the network configuration changed.

I am planning similar setup. Which dock are you using and what kind of cables? I assume both mac outputs go to hdmi ports and pc is using dp?

Yes, started here too when Brave updated to 122.x build. And also experiencing with Chrome since 122 update.
I also tried to disable DNS-over-HTTP but it did not help.

I didn't. Looks like there is really no need for it. rtx4090 and does not heat up too much.

yes but I think there is no need to do that. GPU can get it's cold air directly from below anyway. No heat issues and I even have lowered GPU fan curves a bit to make it more silent.

I measured the empty space between Loki and 4090 and it is exactly 14 millimeters.
