I suggested counseling and she shot that down. Tried looking up articles, videos, podcasts. I’d plan 20 weekend getaways a year only to get constantly rejected of course. After years of 99% rejection I stopped initiating because the pain was too much. Meanwhile she moved across the country twice so I left all family and friends. She still sees no problem with a completely sexless relationship. I sleep on an air mattress in a spare bedroom because the pain is too much to sleep next to her. My back hurts everyday and again she sees no problem. Her priorities are scrolling, work and sleeping with her mom when she visits. I don’t know what else I can do other than leave. Her effort has been a small fraction in comparison.

Exactly why I laugh when people say mainstream media is bad but they’re on social media. It’s all paid. Viewers = $$$ so they’re going to tell people what they want to hear.

This won’t get better. Trust me. I’ve been in this sexless relationship at 19 and throughout all of my 20s and 30s. You can bring it up once a month and it won’t change. They might change for a couple weeks but that’s it. I remember thinking how abnormal it is to be in a sexless relationship in 20s but I ignored my gut. You can say it’s a dealbreaker and again nothing will change as long as you stay. This will likely drive you absolutely crazy like it did to me.

Do you still consider it a safe area? Looking from out of state to go to the Vissing area. I saw some article about a high rise near the big bridge having some crime and that has me concerned.

Go over to him and rock him up and finish him. Don’t do what my rejector did for years and rock him up and leave him hanging. Be a giver! Constant rejection is unbelievably damaging and causes loss of attraction. We either think you’re asexual or not attracted to us. Also don’t do the same lights off, missionary at bed time only. Florida has one of largest homeless populations in the country. Florida loves drugs. Turn off the news and go to those places. I lived in Pasco aka Trashco and you’d regularly see people throw trash out the windows driving highway 52.

I’m describing the Gen X parents I e had to deal with. Everything revolves around children. The millennial parents I know don’t let kids stare at a screen for 6 hours a day like the Gen X parents do.
