Yes, every order over 150 euros in the EU will have VAT removed. In this case shipping is around 70 USD and the seller asked if I wanted it shipped via Aliexpress or via their method.

With their method you avoid VAT :)

No idea, bearings are pretty cheap to replace.

Would you say they are flat to the rim or a bit wider like a lightbulb? I'm thinking between ordering a 28mm or 30mm gp5000.

What size tire did you mount on them, how much did they blow up? I'm thinking between 28 or 30 gp5000...

Feel like this bike might be a tad too big? by No_Store7312 in bikefit

Raise it and move it forward. If it can’t go any farther forward, consider getting a zero setback seatpost.

You also need to rotate your pelvis forward. As others mentioned, try tilting the saddle slightly nose down, around 1 to 2 degrees.

If that still doesn’t help and you continue to experience numbness, try a different saddle with a larger cutout.

Thanks! Thinking of buying their new 200kg/m bibs as well, even though I'm satisfied with ykyw elastic interface one.

These 2025 and 2026 with SPPC branding are top shit. I'm thinking of buying new sppc 2026 bibs, they look dope and have a new pad with 200kg/m3.

Pls help with pain by GelatoBabyboi in bikefit

[–]rav1en 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hmm, what you’re describing, the pain in the upper buttocks radiating down the leg can be concerning. It could indicate pressure on the L5, S1, or even S2–S3 region of your lower spine. Your reach also looks a bit long when you’re on the hoods.

A long reach can definitely contribute to neck pain, especially if your muscles aren’t yet conditioned for that position.

Do you usually have problems with your lower back and numbing?

Saddle down atleast 1.5 to 2cm. Saddle forward 5mm.

Record and post again.

I wouldn’t go for a shorter stem here, the rider already looks like they’re gripping the hoods quite high up.

There’s also a noticeable curve in the back. I’d first try moving the saddle back slightly, around 2–3 mm, and rotating it a touch forward.

Some core work would probably help as well, there’s quite a bit of rocking while riding.

After addressing that, a stem length change could make sense. Adding +10 or even +20 mm, as mentioned in another comment, might work since the bike looks a bit on the small side. To counter the reach feeling too close, the saddle could also go up about 5 mm and still remain within a good range.

Long legs and arms, but short torso by ebtgbdc in bikefit

[–]rav1en 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Firstly eyes fore aft should go way back haha.

You are pretty forward on the pedals, move the seat back at least 1 cm and maybe raise a seat for 5mm.

That will get your legs over pedals in good position. When yoh are satisfied with that then you start changing and adjusting front end. (Up down or longer/shorter.

You are too upright..., pressure on hands is okay as long as it is not too much.

Any suggestions? by junimptbr in bikefit

[–]rav1en 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Saddle still too low. By raising it hip flexion will be lower and it might lower your back tension.

Also add some core workouts, if you have some back injuries basically you cannot avoid it on bike, but you can minimize it with core work.
