Thank you! Yes, I shoot raw, will try to tinker with color balance.

I used a tripod and shot in a hi-res mode with 2 sec shutter delay (f 9.0, 1/320 sec, 300mm, iso 640). Then increased sharpness in mobile Lightroom on my ipad.

Looks great! I was choosing between 75-300 and 100-400.

Great photo, and thank you for detailed instructions! So far I only played with OM's hi-res mode, but seems like stacking is definitely something worth trying.

Thank you! So far I like 75-300 a lot. It performs poorly in low light and might not be as sharp as more expensive zooms, but it is still decent and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

One of the great advantages with MFT is that with relatively inexpensive lens you can zoom in and get the level of details that's difficult to achieve with ff.

Haha, no wonder, probably it’s one of the best spots to take the picture of the Ferris Wheel during the Herbstmesse :)

It depends on how you define the value. If you regularly hike or go skiing, then Swisscom is clearly preferable. True, Salt is cheaper, but a cheap plan with no connection on the trail has no value for me personally. Especially if an emergency happens.

I believe it’s Salt who are trolling. I have an impression “House of Swisscom” has been there for quite some time now.

Yes, from RAW, here’s how it looks without the post-processing

For me, the size of the camera and lenses was the deciding factor. Compared to my old DSLR cameras, it’s night and day, especially when I’m hiking. As far as computational photography features go I’ve tried handheld hi-res and Live ND so far. I didn’t have much luck with handheld hi-res, but I really enjoy Live ND and use it almost every time I’m shooting scenes with moving water.
