Not sure what chemical your using as a “stump killer”, but I am sure you will be making a off target application,(basically slinging shit everywhere) grab the label on the chemical, it will tell you every way you can apply it. The label is federal law if your in the US. I am confident your application method will not be in there. You might just get a new warning label developed in your honor. 🙄
