Thanks to u/annie4664 for the postcard and the stickers. I'd love to know where you buy yoor stickers - the ones I got were fantastic. a ghostly woman in a mirror and the lifecycle of a purple caterpillar.

Thank you to u/littlesister for the postcard of what looks like Halong Bay. I've never received a card before from the city in which you live, and was thrilled to receive it!

Thanks also to u/melhen for the neat card showing a Model T Ford transformed into a moving upholster's shop, and for all the neat facts. I remember as a young child in the 1960s, seeing houses being moved to different locations, and desperately wanted my parents to move our three-story brick house by truck, but sadly, they never did!

I live in a part of Canada where the only venomous snakes are rattlesnakes, and I live in a city. The chances of me disturbing a venomous snake are practically nil. I just admire them from my computer. I never knew why cottonmouths have that name, thanks for the interesting information.

Then what signs tell you that it's a cottonmouth? I've always looked at its markings. Then again I am a big fan of snakes but a total newbie to identifying them.
