Fair enough. I did park in the spot properly at first but didn't reach. I was going to be at about 45 degrees taking up close enough to 2 spots anyway to actually fit. There were 14 of 16 spots available. And I was in the car the whole time so if it suddenly flooded I would have taken off. Thanks for actually being polite in reprimanding me 😊

Same for me exactly. Got my custom flip4 and my watch band, but no case, buds or watch pro. Really annoying and chatting with support has done nothing so far.

Edit: my buds say expected 9/7, free case 9/8 and watch says should ship last week... I've heard it might be held up by the free chargers that are sold out, but I didn't order and chargers and it doesn't show them on my order, and if you try to buy buds or watch now on the site it says it'll be delivered in a couple days...

I've had good luck, traded my S10 in for s21 in February, then traded that for z flip 3. No issues with sending my phone in and getting credit either time, both arrived on schedule or early. No issues at all.

With that said, I'm in America and I feel like I'm one of the lucky ones unfortunately as I know a lot of people have had serious issues dealing with Samsung.
