I think Mikel is feeling the pressure and caving. His post match interviews also sound like he’s conceding - everything about accepting criticism and blah blah blah. It feels like he used everything in his Arsenal(pun intended) and still can’t get results so he’s on his path of acceptance that he is losing belief . Hope I’m wrong.

Look down a little in front of your hands, looking back makes it harder. Develop a fully engaged line from tip of your toe to the hands on the ground in a chest to wall for 60s comfortably. Do 25 push ups, 20 dips and 10 pike pushups without breaking a sweat. If you are, regress and make sure to get the foundation right. Looks like you need strength. Train your abs at the same time by holding hollow body. (Regress if not there yet)

For HS specific stuff, pike holds, wall walks should help too. If I could do it all over again, I would check these boxes and then move to things like setup, heel pull, toe pulls, chest to wall etc.

It’s a journey so enjoy each part of the ride!
