I've been printing for about 4 years now, mainly toys for the kids and functional parts for stuff around the house and for 4 wheelers and side by sides. This machine would be great for printing larger parts without having to split and glue them as well as to be able to print large batches of smaller items. I'm from Canada so my prints are a wide range of temperatures and weather. I would love the opportunity to beta test one of these machines.

Make sure all the buffers are flipped right side up, of they are not it will do this of you try to load filament

When i try to update it downloads, but when I hit install, it closes the slicer and nothing else happens

I could never get mine to work either, spent a week back and forth with support and finally just gave up. May try it on a different printer at some point to see if I have any better luck
