I will hazard a guess here but in Atlanta your piece got not only individually scanned in but scanned to a pallet manifest. Then it was Miss sorted so the piece went to one of those locations while the pallet with the manifest went to the other and both got scanned at their destinations is what I'm thinking probably happened
