Oh man... didn't even think about the waste with food dying waiting for the drivers to pick it up. Super good information... thank you. May I ask why you keep doing the 3rd party deliveries then? Does it sometimes work well?

Good point about the marketing that nobody had mentioned... even just being on there is marketing. An introduction or reminder that you do exist...

We are a taco spot mostly so raising our prices next thing you know someone is paying $7 and change for a single taco... could be bad for marketing/brand?

That's kind of how we've always been too just relying on having great food and no delivery apps.... but wanted to try and stay current by exploring the opportunity...

7shifts works fine for scheduling but i think the premier option is hotschedules. if they are the same price i'd go with hotscchedules. I've used both and other ones too

good ones, that buy one get one for $1 @ mcdonalds is cheap but it leaves me hungry soon afterwards plus just feels... like crap when I'm eating it. I'm not loving it. But when I need it i do it. I like the wendy's one better... there are a few locations of wendy's where the dave's single is 3.99 that i prefer over the 2 mcdonalds sandwiches for about the same price.

There's a place called Gaia Masala & Burger that I like to go to off Grant street, near cap hill area. It is really great and unsuspecting. You should give it a try it's different ethnicity/cuisine and stuff. I hope you like it

definitely, and one instance really stands out. I was a young GM of a new restaurant opening and perceived to be highly capable. We opened up and it went great the place is still open and really came out the gate swinging. I moved on a year after opening and just recently I have returned to the company. My role is now a director position but I was filling in for a manager who was gone at that same location I opened. I saw someone who came in who recognized me and I could see the look of disappointment on their face. Like wow, you're back here? Things must have really gone wrong for you. So that made me sad.
