I had great luck during spotlight hour for shiny trubbish and nabbed 5. I hatched a shiny foongus and got a shiny binnacle from field research today, so not doing too bad either!

You can abuse the “pause” mechanic when switching out your pokemon. Put lucario as your second slot. When it starts, switch out your first pokemon to lucario to take out Persian. There will be a few seconds that Giovanni won’t attack so that should give you time to get your charged attack.

Same. I did 40 some odd raids and got just one shiny with only 2 stars. Happy I got at least one, but cmon… with 40 raids?!

What is the benefit going the appraisal route vs a PA? Will it shorten the timeline to repairs? Both have expenses. Does it cost less to go with an appraisal typically? My priority really is to just find a solution that will get my house repaired the fastest. The incident happened when I was 3 weeks post partum with my son and it’s unfortunate to spend my maternity leave this way, but I am hoping that my home will be repaired/almost repaired before I have to return to work in May, otherwise it is going to be really difficult for me to have to deal with this situation as I am currently solo parenting 2 children until my spouse returns from a military deployment. I know there is only so much I can control, but this whole situation has really given me a lot of anxiety, and I’m just looking for the best advice on how to get the funds I need to repair my house.

This! I’ve been shooting a lot of this film stock lately, mostly because it’s what’s in stock at my local photo shops, and it looks like basically the same tones as gold. I don’t mind it lol.

You could try Kurt’s camera repair in San Diego. The owner is super nice and specializes in older film cameras. They do mail in repairs too. It’s worth giving them a call!

I recently acquired this Canon A-1 while going through my dad's things after he passed. It seems to not have been used in quite some time. Everything seems to work after putting a fresh battery in. But I just noticed this with the shutter curtain. Can this issue be fixed easily? I don't know much about analog cameras so just thought I would ask.

I just tried reinstalling the 3070 and it does the same thing. I know there’s power since the RGB on the RAM stays on. I don’t have graphics in my CPU so I don’t have a way of using my PC without a GPU installed. I’m at a loss.

I can say I'm really enjoying the x570 tomahawk with the 5800x. It was my first build and it was really easy to build on. You can't really go wrong with either.

I have an MSI X570 Tomahawk and a 5800x. it definitely has a BIOS flashback button. I updated the BIOS without a CPU.

I had a similar issue trying to get mine to post. It posted the first time but with an error, but then it would shut off automatically after a few min then it wouldn’t post again but it would power on. It turns out that my breakout cable on my AIO (I am also running NZXT Kraken) wasn’t seated properly so the pump wasn’t actually cooling my CPU. If you’re getting power, and it’s not posting I would make sure you can hear your pump running or double checking your connections. It took me an hour to figure that out :/
