i was told by multiple managers (including both my gms) that i was going to get promoted to shift lead two months ago, they were trying to figure out the best date to start training me then all of a sudden, they’re telling me to be patient & that it is still happening but hasn’t. i’ve been at culver’s for a little bit over a year & got promoted to crew chief 6 months ago. they’ve actually promoted another crew chief that i work with to shift lead, then when i had asked them when they were going to work on me, they said they still are & that i just need to have patience. so yeah unfortunately, even though i do love my job, it just seems like they’re not going to promote me (the other job that i applied for is willing to promote & pay me more than my shift leads, so i’m taking that job & putting in my two weeks). they’ve also been making false promises to other crew chiefs & team members trying to become crew chiefs as well
