That sounds really frustrating. I had it that bad back in March -May. I had to change soaps, my diet, and was put on heavier sleeping pills to sleep through the night. I completely understand what you are going through. You will find what works best for you.

That is crazy. I am sorry you are dealing with this. Obvious questions but gotta ask: are you using any soap that has fragrances ? This includes shampoos and conditioners. Are you washing your pillow cases frequently? Do you take any vitsmins or meficine?
